Clawly — Privacy Policy

1. General information

This Privacy Policy describes how the Clawly application handles user data.

The Application is owned by: the Clawly team.

2. What data we process

The Application does not collect personal data from users. Specifically:

• we do not collect location data (GPS),
• we do not collect advertising identifiers,
• we do not profile users,
• we do not sell any data.

Authentication is handled through Apple Sign-In — credentials are managed by Apple.

3. User content

Users can publish cat photos and create profiles. This content is stored on servers to operate the Application and is visible to other users.

Users can delete their content, profiles, or entire account at any time.

4. Data storage

Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in the European Union. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Data deletion

To delete your data:

• Individual profile: Settings → My cats → Delete profile
• Entire account: Settings → Delete account

Deletion is irreversible and includes all associated data.

6. User age

The Application is intended for users aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children without guardian consent.

7. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
