These Terms of Service govern the use of the Clawly mobile application.

The Application is owned by: the Clawly team.

2. Description of the service

Clawly is an application that allows users to:

• publish and browse photos of cats,
• manage pet care reminders.

The scope of features may change as the Application evolves.

3. No fees

The Application is currently free to use. The Application does not offer any paid features or in-app purchases.

4. User age

The Application is intended for users aged 4 and above. Minors should use the Application with the consent of a guardian.

5. Accounts and user content

Users are responsible for the content they publish. It is prohibited to publish content that:

• is unlawful,
• is offensive or violates the rights of others.

Users may at any time:

• delete an individual profile,
• delete their entire account and all associated data.

The owner reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Application, including its code, name, design, and graphic elements, belong to the owner: the Clawly team.

Copying, modifying, or distributing the Application without the owner's consent is prohibited.

7. User data

The Application does not collect personal data from users. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and errors

We do not guarantee that the Application will operate:

• without interruptions,
• without errors,
• without data loss.

The Application is provided "as is".

9. Liability

The owner is not liable for:

• damages resulting from the use of the Application,
• data loss,
• service interruptions.

You use the Application at your own risk.

10. Changes to terms

These Terms of Service may be updated. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
